Experience:
4+ years
• Hands-on experience with at least one observability suite: Grafana stack (Grafana, Loki, Tempo, Mimir, Alloy), ELK Stack, Prometheus / OpenTelemetry, or Splunk
• Background in Observability, DevOps, SRE or Platform Engineering
• Advanced English NICE TO HAVE
• Docker / Kubernetes, cloud (Azure, AWS or GCP)
• Linux, Git, Python, Terraform / OpenTofu, shell scripting
• Certifications: OpenTelemetry Certified Associate, Prometheus Certified Associate, Grafana, Splunk RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design and implement observability solutions (logs, metrics and traces) for each client
• Build dashboards, alerts and advanced visualisations
• Instrument applications and implement distributed tracing
• Add AI capabilities to observability platforms
• Analyse performance, availability and capacity issues; support and incident resolution
• Work with development, DevOps and SRE teams; document best practices and train technical users
