Role Description The Region Wise Sales and Service Freelancer will be responsible for managing sales and after-sales service activities within assigned territories. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, involving regular visits to customers to promote plastic processing machinery, understand requirements, and provide technical support. Daily tasks include generating and following up on leads, conducting product demonstrations, coordinating installations and maintenance, and addressing service issues in a timely manner. The role also involves maintaining customer relationships, collecting market feedback,



preparing basic reports on sales and service activities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications
• Solid Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and address their needs.
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to generate leads, close deals, and manage regional sales activities.
• Ability to deliver Training to customers or local teams on product use and basic maintenance.
• Experience in industrial or capital equipment sales, preferably in plastic processing machinery.
• Basic technical understanding of machinery and willingness to learn product specifics.
• Ability to work independently in the field, manage schedules, and travel within the assigned region.
• Good documentation and reporting skills for tracking sales, service visits, and customer feedback.
• Minimum of a high school diploma; a technical or business-related qualification is an advantage.
