Role Description The Continental Commi-1 is a full-time, in office role based in Delhi, India. This role involves preparing and cooking continental dishes as per standard recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines. The Continental Commi-1 supports senior chefs in mise en place, cooking on the line, and maintaining consistency in taste and quality. Responsibilities include maintaining high hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen,



proper handling and storage of ingredients, and ensuring compliance with company food safety procedures. The role also includes collaborating with team members, assisting in inventory checks, and contributing to a smooth, efficient kitchen operation during service. Qualifications
• Strong food preparation and cooking skills, with a focus on continental cuisine.
• Solid culinary skills and basic knowledge of kitchen operations and equipment.
• Commitment to hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards in a professional kitchen.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with kitchen and service teams.
• Prior experience as Commi-1 or in a similar role in a restaurant, hotel, or cloud kitchen is preferred.
• Relevant culinary education or certification from a recognized institute is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, follow instructions, and adapt to operational needs.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
