We're partnering with the world's leading AI research teams to build smarter, safer AI — and we need real GRC practitioners to make it happen. Your hands-on experience with compliance frameworks, risk management, and security policy is exactly what's needed to train and validate the next generation of AI models. This isn't a typical compliance role. You'll be working at the frontier of AI development, using your domain expertise to shape how AI systems reason about governance, risk, and security — work that has a lasting impact on how AI handles these critical topics.

What You'll Do
• Review and analyze security policies, controls, and procedures to assess quality and accuracy
• Evaluate real-world compliance scenarios involving frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST
• Assess risk statements, control mappings, and audit-style documentation
• Generate and validate training and evaluation data used to improve AI reasoning on GRC topics
• Apply your practitioner instincts to identify gaps, inconsistencies,



and edge cases in AI-generated outputs Who You Are
• 2+ years of experience in GRC, compliance, risk management, or a related field
• Solid familiarity with one or more major frameworks — SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, or similar
• Comfortable reading, interpreting, and evaluating policy documents and audit materials
• Detail-oriented with solid written reasoning skills
• Able to work independently and manage your own time effectively Nice to Have
• Experience with data annotation, data quality, or AI evaluation workflows
• Background in information security, internal audit, or enterprise risk
