Position: Premium School Field Marketing Executive

- Art Stationery Fabric care Reporting To: Area Field marketing Manager Role Purpose The Premium School FME will be responsible for developing and strengthening partnerships with premium schools, including IB, IGCSE, International, and other reputed private schools in Pune. The role requires excellent communication, presentation, relationship-building, and influencing skills to engage with School Principals, Academic Heads, Coordinators, and Teachers, driving adoption of company programs, products, and educational solutions. School Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Principals, School Directors, Academic Coordinators, HODs, and Teachers.
• Conduct regular visits to assigned premium and international schools.
• Identify opportunities to introduce and expand company offerings within schools.
• Act as the primary point of contact for schools in the assigned territory. Business Development
• Generate current business opportunities in IB, IGCSE, CBSE premium, and International schools.
• Drive institutional sales and program adoption through consultative selling.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
• Increase direct school engagement and penetration in the assigned territory. Program Activation & Implementation
• Organize workshops, demonstrations,



teacher engagement programs, and student activities.
• Conduct product sampling, trials, exhibitions, and experiential learning sessions.
• Ensure successful execution of school activation calendars and campaigns.
• Coordinate with school stakeholders for smooth implementation of educational programs. Stakeholder Influencing
• Effectively present product benefits and learning outcomes to school decision-makers.
• Understand school requirements and customize value propositions accordingly.
• Convince and influence stakeholders through strong communication and solution-oriented discussions.
• Build long-term strategic partnerships with key schools. Market Intelligence
• Map premium and international schools in Pune and surrounding areas.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Share feedback, insights, and opportunities with the management team.
• Maintain accurate records of meetings, leads, and business progress. Reporting & Documentation
• Maintain visit plans and daily call reports.
• Track conversions, activations, and business generated from schools.
• Submit periodic performance reports as required. Candidate Profile :

Qualifications:
Graduate/Post Graduate in Business, Marketing, Education, or related fields
