Job Description
Paywint is looking for a confident, target-driven Inside Sales Specialist to help grow our business in the US market. You should be comfortable speaking with customers, understanding their needs, negotiating effectively, and turning sales opportunities into long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and connect with potential customers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other sales channels.
• Understand customer needs and explain Paywint’s products and services clearly.
• Conduct sales discussions, product presentations, follow-ups, and negotiations.
• Manage leads and the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing.
• Build robust customer relationships and follow up consistently with prospects.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Work with marketing, product, and operations teams to improve conversions and support business growth.



What We’re Looking For
• 1–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
• Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Confident speaking with US customers and decision-makers.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and focused on closing deals and growing revenue.
• Good follow-up, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of sales performance.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools; experience with HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Experience in B2B, fintech, payments, SaaS, banking, or technology sales is preferred. Must be willing to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.
