Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented QC & NPD Analyst to join our growing team at Lipids and Flavours Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in analytical chemistry, particularly GC and HPLC, and an interest in coffee extracts, botanical extracts, and nutraceutical ingredients. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to quality control, analytical method development, product standardisation, and research and development activities involving natural extracts and functional ingredients.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform routine quality control analysis using GC, HPLC, and other relevant analytical techniques.
• Conduct testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
• Assist in analytical method development, optimisation, and validation.




• Analyse coffee-based extracts, chlorogenic acid, natural caffeine, essential oils, and botanical extracts.
• Support product standardisation, characterisation, stability studies, and recent product development.
• Prepare and maintain analytical reports, Certificates of Analysis (CoAs), specifications, and laboratory records.
• Ensure compliance with established quality systems, laboratory procedures, and good laboratory practices.
• Investigate analytical deviations and support troubleshooting and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the QC, R&D;, and production teams to improve product quality and process consistency. Requirements

Sc. or M.
Sc. in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in quality control and/or research and development laboratories.
• Hands-on experience operating GC and HPLC instruments.
• Basic understanding of phytochemistry, botanical extracts, and nutraceutical ingredients.
• Familiarity with analytical method validation, laboratory documentation, specifications, and CoA preparation.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Experience with natural extracts, food ingredients, herbal products, or nutraceutical ingredients will be an advantage. Location Kumbalgodu Industrial Area, Bengaluru, Karnataka. Compensation Competitive compensation, commensurate with experience and industry standards.
