Experience:
5 -7 Years Position OverviewWe are looking for an experienced webMethods BPM Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise Business Process Management (BPM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in the webMethods BPM Suite, Integration Server, and Universal Messaging, delivering reliable and scalable business process solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain BPM solutions using webMethods BPM/Process Engine.
• Develop workflows and applications using Task Engine, My webMethods Server, and CAF.
• Build and maintain integration services using Integration Server (IS).
• Implement messaging integrations using Universal Messaging (UM).
• Develop, test, deploy, and support BPM solutions following best practices.
• Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and solution reviews.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the webMethods BPM platform.
• Support platform installation, configuration, deployment, and setting setup.




• Monitor production integrations and ensure operational readiness through proper documentation and deployment planning. Required Skills
• 5–7 years of experience in webMethods BPM Development.
• Strong expertise in webMethods BPM/Process Engine.
• Hands-on experience with Task Engine, My webMethods Server, and CAF.
• Experience with Integration Server (IS) and Universal Messaging (UM).
• Knowledge of webMethods Optimize.
• Strong understanding of BPM design, development, and integration.
• Experience in troubleshooting and production support.
• Familiarity with SDLC, deployment, and integration best practices.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Good to Have
• Experience with cloud-based BPM solutions.
• Exposure to DevOps tools and CI/CD practices.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization of BPM applications.
• Experience supporting enterprise integration platforms. Education
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Integers.
