Experience:
8+ Years Locations: Trivandrum, Kochi, Chennai, Bangalore, Pune Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to drive product development by serving as the key bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining product requirements, managing and prioritizing the product backlog, and ensuring that delivered solutions align with business objectives and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring priorities are aligned with business value and strategic goals.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories, epics, features, acceptance criteria, and product requirements.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, customers, architects, developers, and QA teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Lead and actively participate in backlog grooming/refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and product demonstrations.
• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap to delivery teams and relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure product features and solutions align with customer expectations and business objectives.




• Make prioritization decisions and provide timely requirement clarifications during development cycles.
• Monitor product performance and gather stakeholder and customer feedback to support continuous improvement.
• Support release planning, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and product rollouts.
• Work closely with Agile delivery teams to ensure requirements are understood, appropriately prioritized, and delivered effectively. Mandatory Skills
• 8+ years of overall professional experience with solid experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager in Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and product backlog management.
• Hands-on experience creating and managing user stories, epics, features, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional business and technology teams.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, prioritization, and release planning.
• Experience supporting UAT and product releases.
• Proficiency with Agile/product management tools such as:
• Jira
• Azure DevOps
