Key Responsibilities
· Conduct comprehensive secondary research using public sources, company disclosures, industry publications, legal databases, regulatory filings, media sources, and other credible resources.
· Perform qualitative research and analyze information to identify patterns, trends, business relationships, corporate structures, leadership networks, and industry dynamics.




· Synthesize large volumes of information into transparent, concise, and actionable insights. Qualification
· Strong aptitude for investigative corporate research, analytical thinking and problem-solving.
· Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
· Ability to connect information from multiple sources and derive meaningful insights.
· Preferred Postgraduate or Graduate degree in: Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, Law (LLB/LLM).
· 2-5 years of experience in secondary corporate research, business research, qualitative research, legal research, corporate intelligence, due diligence, or enhanced KYC services. Important Note This role is focused primarily on secondary research, qualitative analysis, business intelligence, legal and corporate research, and insight generation. It is not a data science, financial modeling, statistical analysis, quantitative research, investment research, accounting, or pure data analytics role.
