Role Description The Clinic Head will oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring high standards of patient care, safety, and service at the Bengaluru clinic. This full-time, on-site role includes supervising dental and support staff, coordinating patient flow, and managing appointment schedules to maintain an efficient and welcoming environment. The Clinic Head will provide clinical guidance, support treatment planning, and help maintain evidence-based protocols and quality assurance processes.



Responsibilities also include collaborating on patient education initiatives, overseeing compliance with healthcare regulations, and contributing to strategic decisions that enhance the patient experience and clinic performance. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong domain expertise in Dentistry and Medicine.
• Candidates should possess skills in Research and Medical Education to support evidence-based practice and training.
• Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Healthcare systems and clinical operations.
• Relevant dental degree (BDS/MDS) with valid registration and significant clinical experience in a dental practice or clinic leadership role.
• Proven leadership, team management, and communication skills, with the ability to mentor staff and build patient trust.
• Experience in clinic administration, quality control, and adherence to ethical and regulatory standards.
• Ability to work full time on-site in Bengaluru and manage a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
