Role Description The Junior Business Development Executive (Fresher) will support the growth of Teknowgrade’s training and learning solutions by identifying prospective learners and institutional clients, and promoting relevant programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include lead generation through calls, messages, and online research; maintaining and updating lead databases; scheduling and following up on meetings or demos; and assisting in the preparation of basic sales proposals or presentations. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to understand offerings, responding to inquiries,



and contributing to achieving monthly and quarterly targets under the guidance of senior team members. This is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, with a monthly salary of 20,000. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify, qualify, and initiate contact with potential customers.
• Candidates should possess a basic understanding of Business and Account Management to support client relationships and maintain accurate records.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication, active listening, and professional interaction with stakeholders.
• Candidates should ideally have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Candidates should demonstrate eagerness to learn, resilience in working toward sales targets, proficiency with MS Office and online tools, and the ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment.
