Pune, Mumbai, Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kolkata Role: Power Platform Governance CoE Lead Role SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Power Platform Governance CoE Lead to establish, implement, and continuously enhance the enterprise governance framework for Microsoft Power Platform. The role will drive platform governance, administration, security, compliance, application lifecycle management (ALM), and operational excellence across Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages, AI Builder, and Copilot Studio. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, security teams, platform administrators, and development teams to ensure secure and scalable platform adoption while enabling citizen development, automation, and AI-driven innovation.

Key Responsibilities
1. Governance Center of Excellence (CoE)
• Establish and maintain the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) and enterprise governance framework.
• Implement and manage the CoE Starter Kit, Creator Kit, Copilot Studio Kit, and other Power CAT governance solutions.
• Define governance policies, standards, best practices, and operational procedures.
• Monitor platform adoption, usage, compliance, and governance effectiveness. 2. Environment and Platform Lifecycle Management
• Manage Power Platform environments, including environment creation, provisioning, access, and lifecycle management.
• Configure and administer Managed Environments and Power Platform Admin Center settings.
• Define environment strategies for development, testing, and production.
• Establish controls for tenant-wide administration, resource utilization, and platform scalability. 3. Application, Flow,



and ALM Governance
• Define and implement application and Power Automate flow governance standards.
• Establish ALM processes for solution development, testing, deployment, and release management.
• Configure and manage Power Platform deployment pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Ensure appropriate version control, change management, solution packaging, and release governance. 4. Copilot Studio and AI Governance
• Establish governance standards for Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and AI-powered solutions.
• Define policies for AI agent creation, deployment, access, security, and lifecycle management.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise AI governance, data protection, and responsible AI practices.
• Monitor AI usage, connectors, data access, and associated risks. 5. Power Pages Governance
• Provide governance advisory for Power Pages applications, including access control, authentication, authorization, and data security.
• Define standards for secure external access, website lifecycle management, and compliance.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise security and architecture guidelines. 6. Security, Compliance, Licensing, and Capacity Management
• Implement and manage Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, connector classifications, and security controls.
• Govern identity, role-based access control, permissions, and data access across the platform.
• Monitor licensing, storage, capacity consumption, and resource utilization.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security policies, regulatory requirements, and organizational standards. 7. Integration and Platform Operations
• Govern integrations with SharePoint, Microsoft Graph, Azure services, Dataverse, custom connectors, and REST APIs.
• Troubleshoot platform-related issues and oversee incident management and operational support.
• Establish monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement practices.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve governance, performance, and integration challenges.



8. Stakeholder Engagement and Maker Enablement
• Work with business stakeholders and development teams to promote secure and responsible citizen development.
• Provide governance guidance, training, documentation, and best practices to platform makers.
• Drive stakeholder alignment, adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Act as the central point of contact for enterprise Power Platform governance. Required Skills and Qualifications
• 8+ years of overall IT experience, with 10+ years preferred, particularly in collaboration platforms, workflow automation, platform administration, or enterprise governance.
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform administration, governance, Center of Excellence operations, or platform architecture.
• Strong expertise in:

• Power Pages
• AI Builder
• Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Extensive experience with Power Platform Admin Center, Managed Environments, DLP policies, tenant governance, security models, and environment management.
• Hands-on experience implementing and managing the CoE Starter Kit, Creator Kit, Copilot Studio Kit, and Power CAT governance solutions.
• Strong understanding of ALM, deployment pipelines, DevOps practices, release management, and solution lifecycle governance.
• Experience in licensing management, capacity planning, storage monitoring, and platform usage optimization.
• Knowledge of integration technologies, including SharePoint, Microsoft Graph, Azure services, custom connectors, REST APIs, and Dataverse integrations.
• Solid understanding of enterprise security, compliance, access management, and data protection.
• Excellent troubleshooting, incident management, stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
