Key Responsibilities
• Recruit housekeeping staff, service boys, property managers, and chefs/kitchen staff.
• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Handle employee relations and resolve HR-related issues.
• Conduct performance management and employee welfare activities.
• Manage payroll and employee advantages administration.
• Coordinate with different departments to maintain a positive work environment.
• Visit multiple properties to address staffing issues and provide on-the-ground HR support.
