About the Role
We are looking for a Vendor Manager to manage vendor sourcing, pricing, purchase orders, material deliveries, installation teams, and vendor payments. The role requires close coordination with design, procurement, project, and finance teams to ensure smooth project execution and cost control.

Key Responsibilities
• Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors for civil work, modular furniture, hardware, finishes, and installation.
• Pricing and Negotiation: Compare quotations, negotiate rates and payment terms, and maintain an updated vendor rate list.
• Purchase Orders:



Prepare and manage purchase orders with explicit details of materials, quantities, prices, delivery timelines, and payment terms.
• Delivery Coordination: Ensure timely material deliveries and coordinate with vendors and internal teams to avoid project delays.
• Installation Team Management: Arrange modular installation teams as per project requirements, coordinate manpower deployment, and manage replacements or additional teams when needed.
• Quality Control: Coordinate with site teams to address quality issues, defects, replacements, and pending rectification work.
• Billing and Reconciliation: Verify vendor bills against purchase orders, actual site measurements, material deliveries, and completed work.
• Payment Coordination: Track vendor advances, pending payments, and final settlements in coordination with the finance and project teams.
• Documentation: Maintain vendor records, invoices, delivery challans, warranty documents, and project closure records.
• Vendor Performance: Monitor vendor performance based on pricing, quality, delivery timelines, and responsiveness. Resolve vendor-related issues and disputes. Key Accountability The Vendor Manager will be responsible for vendor selection, pricing, purchase orders, timely supplies, installation manpower availability, and accurate billing.
