We’re looking for a skilled and result-oriented Performance Marketer specializing in Google Ads and Meta Ads who can manage campaigns end-to-end, from strategy and planning to implementation, optimization, and performance reporting. We’re looking for someone who takes complete ownership of campaigns, understands the numbers behind performance, and knows how to drive results for clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, strategize, launch, and manage end-to-end advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Develop performance marketing strategies aligned with client goals, target audiences, budgets, and business objectives.
• Set up and manage search, display, shopping, remarketing, lead generation, and conversion-focused campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets, bids, audiences, keywords, ad creatives, and landing pages to improve results.
• Take complete ownership of campaign performance, focusing on KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC,



and conversion rates.
• Conduct keyword research, audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
• Implement and monitor conversion tracking using tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and advertising platform tracking solutions.
• Analyze campaign data, identify growth opportunities, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
• Collaborate with the creative, content, and web development teams to improve ad creatives, messaging, and landing page conversion rates.
• Prepare regular performance reports, communicate insights, and recommend actionable strategies to clients and internal teams.
• Stay updated with the latest advertising platform features, industry trends, and performance marketing best practices. What We’re Looking For
• 2-6 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, specifically Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Proven experience in planning, executing, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns independently.
• Strong understanding of campaign structures, bidding strategies, audience targeting, keyword research, retargeting, and conversion optimization.




• Experience managing advertising budgets and optimizing campaigns to achieve business goals.
• Good understanding of performance metrics, including ROAS, CPA, CPL, CPC, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple client campaigns, prioritize tasks, and take ownership of results.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and reporting skills.
• A performance-driven mindset with a focus on continuous testing, optimization, and measurable growth. Preferred: Google Ads certifications, Meta Blueprint certifications, and experience managing campaigns for international clients, particularly in the US, UK, and Australia. Why Join Us?
