8+ years Notice Period: 15 days or less preferred Locations: Pune, Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Kolkata Role SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Power Platform Governance Lead to establish, manage and enhance enterprise governance frameworks for Microsoft Power Platform. The role involves ensuring secure, scalable and compliant platform operations while enabling citizen development, business innovation and AI adoption.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) and establish enterprise governance standards.
• Manage platform administration, environment lifecycle and tenant governance.
• Implement and maintain CoE Starter Kit, Creator Kit and Power CAT governance solutions.
• Define and enforce Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and managed environment controls.
• Govern application and flow lifecycle management, deployment pipelines and release processes.
• Establish governance standards for Copilot Studio and AI agents.
• Manage licensing, capacity, security, compliance and platform usage.
• Support Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages and AI Builder.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, security teams, architects and platform administrators.
• Drive troubleshooting,

• 8+ years of relevant IT experience, with strong hands-on Power Platform administration and governance experience.
• Robust knowledge of enterprise platform operations, security, compliance and governance.
• Experience with DevOps, release governance and solution lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft Graph, Azure services, REST APIs, custom connectors and Dataverse integrations.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, troubleshooting and leadership skills. Candidate Requirements

• Relevant hands-on experience in enterprise Power Platform governance is essential.
