- Sat (2nd & 4th Saturday Week Off) Website: www.asmitagroup.com Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Architect & Interior Designer to lead architectural and interior design projects from concept development to execution. The ideal candidate should have strong design sensibilities, technical expertise, site coordination experience, and the ability to ensure that all drawings, measurements, and design specifications are accurately implemented at the site.

Key Responsibilities
1. Architectural Design & Planning
• Develop architectural concepts, layouts, space planning, and detailed drawings for residential and commercial projects.
• Prepare and review floor plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and construction details.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable building regulations, project requirements, and technical standards.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants to ensure design integration. 2. Interior Design & Space Planning
• Develop interior design concepts, layouts, material palettes, colour schemes, furniture layouts, and finish selections.
• Prepare detailed interior drawings, including false ceiling, flooring, lighting, electrical, furniture, and joinery layouts.
• Select appropriate materials, finishes, fixtures, and furniture based on design intent, quality, and budget.
• Develop 2D drawings and 3D visualisations to communicate design concepts effectively. 3. Drawing Management & Technical Coordination
• Prepare, review, and maintain accurate architectural and interior design drawings.
• Ensure all drawings and measurements are verified before being issued for site execution.
• Incorporate approved revisions and maintain proper documentation of drawing versions.
• Ensure that no changes to drawings, dimensions,



or design specifications are implemented at the site without the authorised approval of management. 4. Site Execution & Supervision
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor the progress and quality of architectural and interior works.
• Verify site measurements and ensure execution is as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, contractors, vendors, and consultants to resolve design-related issues.
• Identify discrepancies between drawings and actual site conditions and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Monitor workmanship, material quality, timelines, and adherence to design standards. 5. Project & Vendor Coordination
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors for materials, quotations, samples, and execution requirements.
• Assist in preparing material estimates, BOQs, specifications, and cost evaluations.
• Track project milestones and ensure timely completion of design deliverables.
• Support value engineering initiatives without compromising design quality. Required Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.
Arch) and Interior Designing; relevant professional qualifications are preferred.
• 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in architecture and interior design.
• Experience in residential, commercial, luxury residential, or real estate development projects.
• Strong knowledge of architectural planning, interior detailing, working drawings, and site execution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar design software.
• Knowledge of material specifications, finishes, furniture, lighting, and construction methods.
• Strong coordination, communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Ability to independently manage design deliverables and coordinate with execution teams.
• Solid attention to detail and accuracy in drawings and measurements.
• A practical, execution-oriented approach with a balance of creativity and technical expertise.
