• Manage the onboarding process and ensure proper documentation for current hires.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
• Maintain an organized database of candidates and job openings.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with candidates and provide timely feedback.




• Assist in the development of employee engagement initiatives.
