Role Description The Radiology Resident will work full time on-site at CliniLaunch Research Institute in Chennai. This role involves performing and assisting in diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, and other modalities, under appropriate supervision. The resident will support interpretation of imaging studies, participate in multidisciplinary case discussions, and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnosis and patient care. Daily responsibilities include maintaining detailed medical records, adhering to safety and radiation protection protocols,



participating in teaching sessions and research activities, and staying updated with advances in radiology and nuclear medicine. Qualifications
• Strong foundational knowledge and training in Medicine, with an interest in radiology-focused clinical practice.
• Competence or training in Radiology and Interventional Radiology, with the ability to perform and assist in imaging and minimally invasive procedures.
• Exposure to or willingness to train in Nuclear Medicine, including understanding of imaging techniques and radiation safety.
• Ability to work effectively with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams, demonstrating collaborative and patient-centered care.
• Recognized medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and eligibility for residency training as per local regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail in image interpretation and documentation.
• Commitment to ethical clinical practice, continuous learning, and participation in teaching and research activities.
• Effective communication skills in English and local languages, and ability to work in a quick-paced clinical and academic environment.
