6+ Years ? Industry: Real Estate Sales We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Manager / AGM – Real Estate Sales to lead our sales team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have strong team management skills, a proven track record of achieving sales targets, and a good understanding of the Pune real estate market. ?

Key Responsibilities
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5–6 or more employees.
• Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
• Monitor team performance, set targets, and conduct regular reviews.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, investors, and stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and support the team in closing deals.
• Analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Improve sales processes, team productivity, and lead conversion.
• Handle team grievances, performance improvement, and employee development. ? Candidate





Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; MBA/Master’s degree is an advantage.
• 6+ years of total experience, with at least 4 years in real estate sales.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a team leadership or supervisory role.
• Experience managing at least 5–6 full time employees.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of the Pune real estate market.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and people management skills. ?
