Experience
• 12+ years of experience in Integration Engineering, with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience building solutions on AWS. Mandatory Skills
• Hands-on experience with IBM MQ and Amazon MQ, including channels, queues, request-reply patterns, message ordering, and retry mechanisms.
• Strong experience with Kafka (Apache Kafka/Confluent), including topics, partitions, consumer groups, and idempotent message delivery.
• Experience in Change Data Capture (CDC) using Precisely and AWS DMS from Mainframe VSAM and Db2 to PostgreSQL.
• Expertise in building two-way synchronization between live systems, handling duplicates, ordering, conflict resolution, reconciliation, and recovery.
• Solid knowledge of Mainframe technologies, including VSAM, Copybooks, Packed Decimals, Db2, CICS, JCL, and job schedulers such as ZEKE or Control-M.




• Hands-on experience with AWS orchestration and batch processing services, including:
• AWS Batch
• Step Functions
• EventBridge
• Lambda
• S3
• Transfer Family
• Experience in API integration using z/OS Connect EE and API Gateway, implementing timeouts, idempotency keys, and circuit breakers.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and monitoring using CloudWatch for queues, lag, and batch processing.
• Experience in Banking or other regulated industries.
• Daily exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot.
