Role Description The Learning and Development Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Surat, responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training initiatives for staff, coaches, and support teams. This role includes conducting needs assessments, creating learning roadmaps, and developing training calendars aligned with the club’s fitness, sports, and wellness objectives. The manager will design and deliver training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions, ensuring they are engaging, effective, and compliant with organizational standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing learning systems, tracking participation and outcomes, coordinating with department heads, and continuously improving content based on feedback and performance data.



The role also involves supporting leadership development, building a strong learning culture, and collaborating with management to align development programs with long-term organizational goals. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Training & Development and Training, including planning, delivery, and evaluation of programs.
• Candidates should possess skills in Learning Management, including managing training schedules, tracking progress, and maintaining learning records.
• Candidates should possess skills in Instructional Design, with the ability to create structured, engaging, and outcome-focused learning materials.
• Candidates should possess skills in Leadership Development, including designing programs that build coaching, supervision, and management capabilities.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Sports Management, Psychology, or a related field; experience in fitness, sports, or wellness environments is an advantage.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple training projects.
• Ability to analyze performance data, use basic digital tools or learning platforms, and adapt programs to different learning styles.
• Demonstrated capacity to work on-site in Surat, maintain a structured schedule, and uphold a safe, inclusive, and motivating learning workplace.
