Responsibilities:
• Developing design concepts and creating detailed drawings and specifications
• Conducting site visits and overseeing construction to ensure compliance with design plans.
• Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and develop creative solutions that meet their objectives
• Managing project budgets and timelines to ensure timely and successful completion
• Staying up-to-date on industry trends and recent technologies to continuously improve our designs and processes Key Specialization Required
• Strong design concept understanding
• Excellent skills in architectural visualization




• Ability to communicate design ideas clearly through drawings and renders Eligibility Criteria
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution
• Minimum 1years of qualified experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray (additional software knowledge is a plus)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• A compelling portfolio showcasing design thinking, visualization, and detailing
