• Junior Sales Executive: 1–2 Years

Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls and convert inbound leads into sales.
• Understand customer needs and explain our health services.
• Handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close deals.
• Follow up consistently with prospective customers.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
• Coordinate with operations for smooth customer onboarding. ? What We’re Looking For




• 1–4 years of experience in inside sales or telesales.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• A target-driven mindset with a proven sales track record.
• Excellent objection-handling and relationship-building abilities.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and reporting. ? Shift Timings
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM ? Working Days: 6 days a week, with one weekly off between Monday and Thursday. ? Work
