Job Title: Accountant Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accountant with at least 2 years of professional experience to join our growing finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with month-end and year-end closing processes. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical accounting skills, a solid understanding of standard accounting principles, and the ability to work collaboratively with our team onsite.

Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, bank statements, and monthly expenses.
* Prepare and process accurate journal entries for monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
* Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
* Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely billing and collections.
* Support payroll administration and verify expense reports for compliance with company policy.




* Conduct variance analysis to identify and explain discrepancies between budgeted and actual figures.
* Assist with tax preparation, regulatory filings, and external audit requests.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve internal accounting controls and streamline processes. Qualifications and Skills
* Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* 2+ years of proven experience working as an accountant or in a similar financial role.
* Solid understanding of accounting principles, practices, standards, and laws.
* Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, Tally, or Xero.
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data analysis formulas.
* Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and a high degree of accuracy.
* Robust written and verbal communication skills to explain financial data clearly to non-finance teams.
