Role Description The Human Resources Executive will oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth workforce management and a positive employee experience. This full-time, on-site role is based in Abohar and includes responsibilities such as implementing HR policies, managing employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, performance reviews, and exits), and maintaining accurate HR records. The role involves handling employee relations, addressing workplace concerns, supporting conflict resolution, and promoting a healthy work culture aligned with company values.



The Human Resources Executive will collaborate with leadership and department heads on manpower planning, recruitment support, training coordination, and compliance with local labor regulations. They will also contribute to HR process improvements, engagement initiatives, and internal communication to support organizational effectiveness. Qualifications
• Robust foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in managing core HR functions.
• Hands-on experience in HR Operations, including documentation, HRIS usage, and end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.
• Skills in Employee Relations, with the ability to foster a respectful, inclusive workplace and manage grievances constructively.
• Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance requirements, and the ability to apply them consistently and fairly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, work on-site in Abohar, and support a fast-paced, growth-oriented workplace.
• Experience in a marketing or creative agency setting is a plus, along with familiarity with global or multicultural teams.
• Minimum 1 year experience
