Role Description The Back Office Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in udaipur. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day office operations, maintaining records and documentation, and ensuring accurate data entry in internal systems. The role involves coordinating with sales and finance teams, preparing reports, supporting order processing, and handling email and phone communications with internal stakeholders.



The Back Office Executive will also assist in scheduling, follow-ups, and other administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations and timely support to front-office teams. Qualifications
• Strong Back Office Operations and Office Operations skills to manage documentation, data entry, and administrative workflows.
• Calling with overseas clients so english communication must be positive
• Effective Communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and handling emails and phone calls professionally.
• Basic Sales support skills to assist with order processing, follow-ups, and customer information management.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced office environment.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field; prior experience in back office or administrative roles is an advantage.
