Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Marketing position based in Chennai. The role involves meeting prospective customers, explaining project features and benefits, and guiding them through the farmland community selection and purchase process. Daily activities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting site visits, presenting proposals, and closing sales while maintaining high standards of customer service. The position also requires coordinating with marketing teams on local promotional campaigns, tracking market trends, and preparing regular sales reports.



Team members are expected to build long-term client relationships and contribute to overall sales strategy and revenue growth. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with prospective and existing clients.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing, to achieve individual and team targets.
• Candidates should possess Sales Management and Training skills to support team performance and help new team members ramp up.
• Relevant experience in real estate, farmland projects, or lifestyle community sales is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai, conduct regular field visits, and manage weekend client meetings as needed.
• Comfort with basic digital tools (CRM systems, email, messaging apps) and preparation of sales reports and presentations.
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
