We specialize in conceptualizing and organizing high-level conferences, summits, conclaves, and expos centered around environmental sustainability, water security, renewable energy, and green commerce. Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Manager to join our core team in Ranchi. The ideal candidate will combine strong business development acumen with a foundational understanding of sustainability, water management, and environmental sectors. In this role, you will spearhead client acquisition, forge strategic corporate partnerships, and drive revenue generation for our upcoming conferences, seminars, conclaves, and expos across Eastern India.

Key Responsibilities
• Client Acquisition & Corporate Sales: Identify, pitch, and onboard corporate partners, sponsors, exhibitors, and institutional delegates for our regional summits and expos.
• Revenue Generation: Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals through exhibition space bookings, sponsorship packages, and delegate registrations.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with key industry stakeholders, MSMEs, government bodies,



and trade associations in the sustainability and water sectors.
• Market Research & Pitching: Map out potential markets across Eastern India, pitch event value propositions effectively, and tailor proposals to align with prospective sponsors' objectives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the content and logistics teams to ensure seamless event delivery and fulfill all sponsor and exhibitor commitments. Candidate Requirements
•

Education:
MBA in Business Development, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. (Candidates with degrees in environmental management, sustainability, or commerce combined with strong sales experience are also welcome).
• Domain Knowledge: A clear understanding of and genuine interest in sustainability, water management, environmental policy, and green commerce.
•

Experience:
1 to 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, corporate sponsorships, event sales, or institutional business development. Freshers with exceptional communication skills and relevant project experience will be considered.

Skills:
• Exceptional negotiation, closing, and relationship-building abilities.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong networking skills within corporate or policy ecosystems.
