Experience:
10+ Years Looking for a Marketplace Leader to drive end-to-end e-commerce growth, revenue, and profitability across leading platforms.

Key Responsibilities
• Own marketplace business across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, and other platforms.
• Drive GMV, revenue, profitability, and market share growth.
• Lead marketplace advertising, performance marketing, and ROAS/ACOS/TACOS optimization.
• Own catalog, pricing, promotions, inventory planning, and seasonal campaigns.
• Build strong platform partnerships and lead a high-performing team.
• Drive data-led decisions through sales analytics, forecasting, and category insights.
• Ideal Profile:
• 10+ years in marketplace management across D2C, FMCG, Beauty, Consumer Electronics, Fashion, or Retail.
• Strong expertise in marketplace operations, advertising, commercial negotiations, and P&L; metrics.
• Experience scaling businesses in a quick-paced, high-growth environment.
