Role Description The Apprentice role at Vaibhav Enterprises is a full-time, in office position based in Jabalpur. In this role, the apprentice will support daily operations, assist senior team members, and learn standard procedures relevant to the business, such as basic documentation, inventory or material handling, and routine administrative or operational tasks. The apprentice will be expected to follow guidance from supervisors, maintain work areas, adhere to safety and company policies, and complete assigned tasks within given timelines. Day-to-day responsibilities may include data entry, organizing materials,



supporting customer or vendor interactions under supervision, and helping with simple reports or records. The role is designed to provide structured training, practical exposure, and gradual responsibility so the apprentice can build a strong foundation for future employment. Qualifications
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills, with the ability to read instructions, complete simple forms, and perform basic calculations.
• Willingness to learn new tasks, follow procedures carefully, and accept feedback from mentors and supervisors.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work respectfully with colleagues, customers, and vendors.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to complete tasks accurately and on time.
• Ability to work on-site in Jabalpur, including standing or moving for portions of the day, as required by the role.
• Basic familiarity with using a phone or computer for simple tasks (e.g., typing, using common applications) is an advantage.
• Prior internship, training, or experience in a similar environment is helpful but not required; individuals starting their careers are encouraged to apply.
