Role Description The Conference Producer – Business Conferences is a full-time, in office role based in Lucknow. This role involves end-to-end production of business conferences, including researching industry trends, identifying timely topics, and developing compelling program agendas. The Conference Producer sources, approaches, and confirms high-level speakers and panelists, ensuring a strong mix of expertise and perspectives. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research calls, writing conference content and marketing briefs, coordinating with sales and marketing teams,



and managing timelines to deliver successful events. The role also supports event operations before and during conferences, helping ensure a smooth delegate and speaker experience. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Conference Production and Event Management skills to design, structure, and deliver high-quality business conferences.
• Candidates should possess Market Research skills to identify relevant topics, trends, and audience needs across industries.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for agenda writing, stakeholder coordination, and on-site interaction.
• Candidates should possess Speaker Acquisition skills to identify, approach, and secure senior-level industry experts and decision-makers.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Comfortable engaging with senior executives, with professional presentation and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, economics, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in conference production, B2B events, or corporate research is an advantage.
