Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven SEO Executive with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in driving organic growth, improving search rankings, and implementing effective SEO strategies across multiple industries. The candidate should have strong analytical, technical, and client management skills, along with a solid understanding of AI-powered search optimization and LLM visibility.

Key Responsibilities
& Required Skills
• SEO Strategy & Keyword Research: Conduct advanced keyword research, search intent analysis, keyword clustering, and strategic keyword mapping for websites and key service pages.
• SEO Audits & Competitor Analysis: Perform comprehensive SEO audits, competitor benchmarking, content gap analysis, and identify opportunities to improve organic visibility.
• On-Page & Content Optimization: Optimize website content, metadata, headings, internal linking, URL structures, and landing pages to improve keyword rankings and organic performance.
• Technical SEO: Identify and resolve technical SEO issues, crawling and indexing errors, sitemap issues, and other website performance-related SEO challenges.
• AI Search & LLM Optimization: Understand and implement modern SEO practices for AI-powered search, including (GEO), (AEO), AI Overviews, and improving brand visibility and citations across LLM-powered search platforms.
• SEO Tools & Analytics: Must have proficiency in (GSC), (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Screaming Frog, and keyword tracking tools.
• AI Tools & Automation:



Leverage AI-powered SEO tools and automation workflows to improve research, analysis, optimization, and reporting efficiency.
• Website Management: working knowledge of WordPress and custom-built websites, including coordinating SEO implementations with development teams.
• Performance Reporting: Must have knowledge in preparing monthly SEO reports, monitor KPIs, track keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Client Management: Independently handle client communication, participate in review calls, present SEO performance, and communicate strategies and progress effectively. Required For Candidate:
• 2–3 years of proven experience in SEO, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
• Hands-on experience managing SEO projects across different industries and business sectors.
• Strong understanding of Google Search algorithms, SEO best practices, and evolving AI search trends.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple SEO projects and deliver measurable results. Who we are looking for Must have
• A graduate in any field. Marketing, mass media or IT is a plus.
• Good written English. You can spot a weak title or a clumsy sentence.
• Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets. Positive to have
• Basic HTML and WordPress knowledge.
• Interest in AI search, like Google AI Overviews and ChatGPT search. What will not work for us
• Shortcuts like keyword stuffing, bought links or copied content.
