Bengaluru Reporting to: Founder & CEO About Ventii Ventii is an event management platform built to simplify how corporate events are planned and executed. We combines software-enabled planning experience for event requirements, discovery, comparisons and quotations with a team that coordinates the people, vendors and logistics required to make the event happen. Role Overview This role works closely with the Founder on executing growth initiatives across outbound outreach and supply onboarding. It’s designed for someone who is comfortable being on the ground and enjoys interacting with people You’ll play a hands-on role in helping Ventii build supply and maintain momentum across our supply portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Outreach
• Initiate conversations with potential venues, vendors and partners across LinkedIn, WhatsApp, calls, and email
• Maintain follow-ups and track outreach progress
• Support building and maintaining a simple outreach and lead pipeline Supply Onboarding & Coordination
• Schedule and coordinate meetings with venue partners and vendors
• Assist with onboarding venues onto the Ventii platform
• Coordinate with venue teams to collect accurate details, pricing, and assets
• Ensure listings are complete, verified, and published
• Support on-ground visits and walkthroughs where required Who This Role Is For
