We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Store In charge (Medical devices) to oversee daily store operations, inventory management, and stock control in a medical device company. The candidate should have hands-on experience in maintaining accurate stock records and working on Tally for inventory and accounting purposes.

Key Responsibilities
•
• Manage and supervise day-to-day store operations efficiently
•
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock movement, and storage
•
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and dispatch of medical devices as per standards
•
• Monitor stock levels and initiate timely procurement to avoid shortages or overstocking
•
• Perform regular stock audits and reconciliation
•
• Maintain inward and outward registers and documentation
•
• Work on ERP for inventory management, billing, and stock tracking
•
• Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams
•




• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
•
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area
•
• Dispatch handling Requirements
•
• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
•
• 3–5 years of experience in store/warehouse management (preferably in medical devices or healthcare industry)
•
• Experience of handling capital goods
•
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control
•
• Hands-on experience in Tally (ERP)
•
• Good understanding of documentation and record-keeping
•
• Robust organizational and problem-solving skills
•
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
•
• Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities efficiently
