Role Description The Junior Graphic Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur. This role involves creating visual assets for retail identity, including logos, brand collateral, and in-store graphics that align with client brand guidelines and project objectives. The designer will work closely with senior designers and consultants to translate strategic direction into clear visual concepts, layouts, and presentation materials. Day-to-day tasks include developing design concepts, refining typography and branding elements, preparing files for print and digital use, and supporting the creation of pitch decks and client presentations. The role also requires collaborating with cross-functional teams, responding to feedback,



and maintaining organized design files and documentation. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess robust skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or equivalent).
• Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding, including the ability to develop visual identities and maintain consistency across multiple touchpoints.
• Candidates should possess skills in Typography, with an eye for hierarchy, readability, and alignment with brand tone.
• Candidates should have a portfolio demonstrating relevant design work, attention to detail, and an understanding of visual communication for retail or related environments.
• Candidates should have a diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Candidates should be able to take direction, incorporate feedback constructively, manage time effectively, and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
• Basic understanding of branding and experience design for physical spaces is beneficial; familiarity with production processes (print, signage, digital assets) is a plus.
