Role Description The Business Development Associate – Fresher will support lead generation and client acquisition for The Website Makers. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching potential clients and markets, assisting in outreach activities, updating client databases, and preparing basic sales presentations or proposals under guidance. The associate will coordinate with senior team members to follow up on inquiries, schedule meetings, and maintain clear communication with prospects. The role also involves learning

• Candidates should possess robust Communication and Interpersonal Skills for client interaction and internal collaboration.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Research abilities to identify opportunities, understand markets, and support business decisions.
• Candidates should possess an interest or foundational knowledge in Fundraising or sales-related activities to assist in revenue generation efforts.
• Candidates should possess basic proficiency in MS Office or similar tools, along with good organizational and time management skills.
• Relevant academic background in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred, but candidates from other disciplines with strong motivation to work in business development are welcome.
