5 7 Years Notice Period: Less than 1 Month Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer to work as a Project Manager and Engineering Lead for dual-sourcing projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in mechanical and component design, technical project management, and the PDP (Product Development Process), along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Roles and Responsibilities
• Lead and manage dual-sourcing projects from project initiation through completion.
• Act as the technical project manager and engineering lead, coordinating design activities and project deliverables.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, resources, and engineering deliverables.
• Apply the PDP (Product Development Process) to ensure structured project execution.
• Evaluate machine designs, component designs, and technical solutions for various applications.
• Use analytical,



mathematical, and problem-solving skills to resolve engineering challenges.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
