Role Description The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end execution of interior design projects, ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget, and to HOUZLOOK’s quality standards. This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru includes planning project timelines, coordinating with designers, vendors, and site teams, and managing daily production schedules. The Production Manager monitors materials procurement, supervises installation activities such as false ceilings, flooring, lighting, and finishes, and resolves site issues to maintain smooth project progress.



The role also involves enforcing safety and compliance standards, tracking project costs, and providing regular status updates to stakeholders. Qualifications
• Solid project and production management skills, including scheduling, resource planning, and on-site coordination.
• Experience in interior fit-out execution, including finishes for wallpapers, false ceilings, lighting, wooden flooring, glass, and furniture.
• Knows Mannual cutting list and optimisation
• Ability to manage vendors and contractors, negotiate timelines and costs, and maintain quality standards.
• Proficiency in basic project documentation, reporting, and use of productivity tools or project management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with designers, clients, and site teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on safety, compliance, and risk management on-site.
• Relevant experience in interior design, construction, or related fields; prior experience as a Production or Project Manager is preferred.
• Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline is an advantage.
