About Touchwood Touchwood Team is a content-led creative agency in Ghaziabad. Strategy, creative, production, design and social sit under one roof, so ideas don't get diluted between departments. Our sports team handles the visual output for four sports leagues. The role Sports design is its own discipline. Matchday graphics go out in hours, not weeks. A player card has to land on a phone in half a second. A league identity has to hold across hundreds of assets a season without going stale. We're looking for a designer who already does this well. You'll join a five-person sports design team and own work across all four leagues. What you'll own
• Matchday and live content: fixtures, line-ups, scores, results, standings, player of the match. Fast, accurate, on-brand.
• Player and team assets: player cards, introductions, signings, stats and milestone graphics.
• League identity systems: building and extending type, colour, grids and templates so every asset belongs to the same league.
• Season and campaign key visuals: launches, auctions, finals, sponsor integrations.
• Templates built for speed: modular, well-organised files the team can turn around in minutes on matchday.
• Print and venue: hoardings, LED boards, backdrops, jerseys, merch and OOH when the league needs it.
• Close work with our editors and motion designers so stills and video share one visual language. What we need from you
• 4+ years as a graphic designer, with a serious body of sports work: leagues, teams, athletes, broadcasters,



sports brands or sports media.
• A portfolio of work that actually went live. Matchday output over concept pieces.
• Expert-level Photoshop and Illustrator, especially athlete compositing: cutouts, retouching, lighting, texture.
• Strong typography. You can make names, numbers and stats feel big without making them hard to read.
• Systems thinking. You build templates other designers can use without breaking them.
• Composure under deadline. Live sport doesn't wait for revisions.
• You follow sport and know what a big moment looks like to a fan. Positive to have
• After Effects or motion design for animated graphics.
• Broadcast, LED or stadium-format experience.
• Jersey, kit or merchandise design.
• AI tools (Firefly, Midjourney, Higgsfield or similar) used with taste, as part of a real workflow. Why this role
