About the Role
( HCC CODING )
• Review and analyze patient medical records, physician documentation, and clinical reports to assign accurate ICD-10-CM.
• Ensure coding is compliant with client guidelines, CMS regulations, and industry standards.
• Identify and resolve documentation gaps through appropriate queries and clarification processes.
• Maintain high productivity and quality standards while meeting daily coding targets.
• Perform chart audits and quality checks to identify coding discrepancies and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of coding updates, payer guidelines, and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with auditors, quality analysts, providers, and operational teams to address coding related issues.




• Ensure proper documentation support for all assigned diagnosis and procedure codes.
• Adhere to HIPAA, data privacy, and information security requirements.
• Must have experience in HCC Coding. Qualifications
• Any Graduation Required Skills
• 1 – 8 years of work experience in HCC Medical Coding.
• Certified or Non-Certified
