The firm specializes in crafting tailored financial models and strategies, covering the full spectrum of fundraising from Private Equity and Debt procurement to exit strategies such as IPOs. Role Description The Financial Data Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing financial and operational data to support fundraising, capital structuring, and strategic decision-making for clients. Day-to-day activities include building and maintaining financial models, performing variance and trend analysis, preparing data-driven reports and dashboards, and supporting due diligence for debt and equity transactions. The analyst will collaborate with consultants, finance professionals,



and the internal CA team to interpret data, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable insights. The role also involves presenting findings to internal stakeholders, contributing to client presentations, and continuously improving data processes and methodologies. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and a demonstrated ability to interpret complex financial and business data.
• Candidates should possess Data Analytics and Data Analysis skills for handling large datasets, creating reports, and building dashboards.
• Candidates should possess Financial Analysis and Finance skills, including understanding of financial statements, ratios, valuation, and capital markets.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and data tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau) and strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, ability to present insights clearly, and capacity to work collaboratively in a consulting environment.
• Prior experience in financial services, investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance is an advantage.
• Skilled certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM, CA, or relevant data analytics certifications) are beneficial.
