Job Description
What will they do: Assistant Manager Experience Centre (PEC) will be the face of Pidilite to B2B visitors. They will be responsible for:
• Increasing footfalls of relevant B2B professionals at the PEC through internal business divisions and external events
• Ensuring follow-ups with visitors to improve Pidilite relationship
• Designing sharp and curated walkthroughs, events to create memorable experiences
• Ensuring the team on ground is trained to deliver outstanding walkthroughs
• Ensuring upkeep, repair, maintenance of the PEC
• Creating reports and performance updates for HO Qualification: B-Arch or BE-Civil engineering MUST MANDATORY
Skills:
communication, influencing, customer service and hospitality, basic data analytics and business understanding, understanding of construction and building materials.
Experience:
• 5-10 years relevant experience in customer front ending,
• Influencer specifications and(or) hospitality
