- Bangalore Role Summary The Infrastructure Scrum Master is responsible for driving Agile delivery governance and portfolio visibility across Patch Management and Vulnerability Remediation domains spanning Workstations Servers and Databases The role focuses on improving delivery predictability demand management prioritization team performance and operational efficiency through standardized Agile practices and datadriven decisionmaking
Key Responsibilities
Agile Leadership Transformation Partner with Infrastructure and Technology Operations leaders to implement Agile delivery strategies Establish and standardize ScrumKanban frameworks across infrastructure teams Drive Agile adoption maturity continuous improvement transparency and accountability Define delivery success metrics governance standards and executive reporting mechanisms Coach teams on Agile best practices and workflow optimization Delivery Governance Performance Manage sprint planning backlog refinement estimation capacity planning retrospectives and reporting Develop delivery metrics including throughput predictability lead time cycle time flow efficiency and workinprogress Create executive dashboards and reports to provide visibility into delivery health risks dependencies and team capacity Support forecasting staffing decisions and portfolio planning using datadriven insights Portfolio Demand Management Establish prioritization frameworks with infrastructure leaders and stakeholders Improve visibility across operational compliance transformation and riskreduction initiatives Facilitate portfolio planning intake governance and dependency management Align delivery commitments with strategic priorities and organizational capacity Infrastructure Delivery Support Serve as Scrum Master for BigFix Platform and multiple Patch Management teams Support Agile delivery for Platform modernization Infrastructure automation BigFix upgrades and maintenance Patch engineering and validation Vulnerability remediation Audit and regulatory initiatives Operational resilience programs Implement approaches for managing interruptdriven operational work while maintaining delivery predictability Operational Excellence Improve Jira workflow consistency reporting standards and Agile governance Ensure alignment with ITSM Change Management Incident Management and Release Management processes Support audits regulatory reviews risk management and compliance initiatives Drive continuous improvement through trend analysis and performance optimization Technology Stack Jira Confluence ServiceNow Power BI Tableau Microsoft 365 ITIL ITSM Processes Data Analytics Reporting Tools Qualifications Bachelors Degree with 6 years of relevant experience in infrastructure technology delivery systems engineering or operations OR High School DiplomaGED with 10 years of relevant experience Required Skills 5 years of experience in technology infrastructure operations or service delivery 3 years as Scrum Master Agile Lead Delivery Lead or PMO professional Robust experience managing Agile delivery within infrastructure environments Expertise in Jira Confluence Agile reporting and ServiceNow dashboarding Experience with delivery forecasting capacity planning throughput analysis and portfolio governance Knowledge of Scrum Kanban Lean SAFe and Agile Portfolio Management Strong stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills Experience building executive dashboards using Power BI Tableau or similar tools Proven ability to drive Agile transformation organizational change and process improvement Experience within regulated financial services environments is highly preferred Familiarity with operational resilience risk management infrastructure governance and compliance frameworks Preferred Certifications Certified Scrum Master CSM ITIL Foundation or higher This role is ideal for an Agile leader with deep infrastructure delivery experience who can improve execution visibility governance and operational excellence across enterprise patch management and vulnerability remediation portfolios
