Role Description The Computer Hardware and Network Engineer role is a full-time hybrid position based in Hyderabad, with some work-from-home flexibility. The engineer will diagnose, repair, and upgrade computer hardware for desktops, laptops, and related devices, ensuring reliable performance for business and residential clients. Daily responsibilities include installing and configuring hardware components, setting up and maintaining wired and wireless networks, performing preventive maintenance, and responding to in office service calls within agreed timelines. The role also involves troubleshooting network connectivity and performance issues,



advising customers on suitable hardware solutions, documenting work performed, and collaborating with team members to meet service quality standards. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Computer Hardware and Hardware, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Candidates should possess skills in Hardware Development and Electronics Hardware Design for understanding and improving system components.
• Candidates should possess skills in Circuit Design to support analysis and resolution of more complex hardware issues.
• Hands-on experience with PC assembly, upgrades, and peripheral devices, including printers, routers, and switches.
• Working knowledge of basic networking (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi setup, routing, and switching).
• Ability to perform field visits, manage time effectively, and maintain clear, customer-friendly communication.
• Relevant technical diploma or degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics, or related field; industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safe and quality-focused work practices.
