Job Description
Kaveri University invites applications from experienced and result-oriented professionals for the position of Deputy Manager – Outreach. The candidate will coordinate institutional outreach activities, engage with prospective students, build relationships with educational institutions, and support student recruitment and admission targets.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate outreach and student engagement activities in line with university objectives.
• Represent the University at career fairs, education expos, seminars, and student recruitment events.
• Build relationships with schools, colleges, counsellors, educators, students, and parents.
• Conduct institutional visits, workshops, counselling sessions,



and awareness programmes.
• Generate prospective student leads and coordinate with the Admissions team for follow-ups and conversions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track leads, follow-ups, outreach activities, and conversions.
• Prepare outreach reports and monitor performance against assigned targets. Required

Skills:
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Solid relationship management and coordination abilities.
• Experience in student recruitment, admissions, outreach, or education marketing.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, lead tracking, and reporting.
