About the Company
Print Lab is a Ludhiana-based digital textile printing company specializing in high-quality fashion fabrics for the women’s wear segment. We focus on digitally printed materials that serve boutiques, brands, and the fashion industry, combining design creativity with reliable production quality. Role Overview We are looking for a creative and technically strong Designer for Women’s Wear Textiles. The role involves designing original print patterns, motifs, and surface designs specifically for women’s fashion fabrics (kurtas, suits, dresses, bottoms, dupattas, etc.). You will work closely with our digital printing team to create designs that are both aesthetically strong and production-ready for digital textile printing.

Key Responsibilities
• Design original all-over prints, placement prints, and motifs tailored to women’s fashion trends
• Develop digital print collections keeping current and upcoming season trends in mind
• Prepare print-ready files (color separations, repeats, resolution, and color profiles suitable for digital printing)
• Collaborate with the production team on color matching, fabric suitability, and technical feasibility
• Create design presentations and mood boards for internal review and client discussions




• Maintain a design archive and contribute to seasonal collections
• Research market trends, competitor collections, and customer preferences in women’s textiles Requirements
• Proven experience as a Textile / Print Designer, preferably in fashion or digital printing
• Strong portfolio of women’s wear textile prints (all-over, engineered, or placement prints)
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (mandatory); knowledge of other design tools is a plus
• Understanding of digital textile printing processes, fabric types, and print limitations
• Good sense of color, composition, and current fashion trends
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Preferred
• Experience working with digital printing companies or fashion brands
• Knowledge of Indian women’s wear aesthetics (ethnic + contemporary)
• Exposure to color management or print profiling
