Role Description This full time remote role for a Medical Scribe Quality Assurance professional focuses on reviewing and validating clinical documentation produced by medical scribes. Day-to-day responsibilities include auditing medical records for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to documentation standards, as well as verifying correct use of medical terminology and alignment with clinical workflows. The role involves providing constructive feedback to scribes, identifying documentation trends or issues, and collaborating with supervisors to develop improvements and training materials.
