About the role
We are looking for an AI Developer who uses Claude Code to build real tools that solve real business problems. You will find where time and money are lost in our operations and build the apps, dashboards, integrations and AI workflows that fix it. You will own what you build, and we want you to bring your own ideas. What you will do
• Use Claude Code to write, review, debug and ship code
• Understand how our teams work and spot where time and money are lost
• Build internal apps, dashboards, scripts, integrations and AI workflows
• Connect our existing systems and data to remove manual work
• Maintain and improve your tools after launch, based on user feedback
• Explain technical work in simple terms and train non-technical staff
• Suggest new ways technology and AI can improve the business What you need
• 3+ years of hands-on development experience
• Ability to read, understand and debug code yourself, not just generate it with AI
• Clear communication of code and technical decisions
• Python, JavaScript/TypeScript and SQL
• REST APIs,



Node.js or FastAPI/Flask, and React or Next.js
• PostgreSQL or MySQL (Supabase is a plus)
• Git and GitHub
• LLM APIs (Claude API, MCP servers, Claude Skills)
• Automation, webhooks and scheduled jobs
• Basic cloud deployment (Vercel, Netlify, AWS or similar) Nice to have
• Zoho, Notion or Microsoft 365
• WhatsApp Business API integrations
• Data dashboards and reporting
• Exposure to fuel, logistics, retail or operations Who you are
